Selecting a Faculty Advisor
One of your tasks when applying to EEB is to select a potential faculty advisor. Ideally, this person would become your dissertation director. Finding someone whose interests are close to yours is not enough: some faculty have very full labs, and might not be able to accept a new graduate student. For these reasons, applicants are strongly urged to correspond directly with faculty members whose work is of particular interest. Please note that research scientists and faculty members who have a joint appointment in EEB are eligible to coadvise EEB grad students. List of Faculty, Joint Faculty, and Research Scientists
